How do I modify my contact preferences?

Updated
  1. Go to My Account sectionmceclip1.png
  2. Then scroll to Contact Preferencesmceclip2.png
  3. Un-select boxes with the relevant contact preferences
  4. Click SUBMIT to confirm these changes.
