Why do I need to verify my payment methods?

We need to verify that the payment method you have used is rightfully yours to use. In these regards, we may require you to send us a digital photo of the payment method used. Depending on the method you are verifying, you can achieve this by sending in the following:

CREDIT CARDS
Photo needs to show For security reasons please cover
Front and back sides The middle digits
The first 6 and last 4 digits Your CVV2 code (3 digits on the backwards side of your Credit Card)
Your name  
Expiry Date  
Your signature  
ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS
Screenshot needs to show Make sure that
Email All 4 corners are visible
Account number / ID Any unneeded information is covered with a piece of paper
Recent transactions on your e-wallet account All the details are readable
Your name  
Payment method company name/logo  
BANK ACCOUNT
Bank Statement/Screenshot showing Make sure that
Your name All 4 corners are visible
Last 6 digits of your bank account number Any unneeded information is covered with a piece of paper
The bank logo/name All the details are readable

Any of the above mentioned documents you can send  us on the following  emails: support@casinotropez.com or docs@casinotropez.com.

Don't forget to mention your account username in the email.
