Why I do not receive any emails from Casino Tropez?

Firstly, make sure that the Email section under your contact preferences: is ticked in your Account settings.

To check this please go to My account and scroll down to Contact Preferences (do not forget to click on SUBMIT button if you want to make some changes).

Otherwise, our emails may have ended up in your Spam/Junk folder so check there and add us to your safe senders list.
